To Blog or Not To Blog?

My goal for the rest of the year 2013' is to blog 3-5x a week!! If I blog more than that, then good for me, but I really want to become a great blogger. So I need practice, lots and lots of practice. Let's start now!! 

I'll still be focusing on my weight loss/fitness journey.

Since the last time I blogged back in July, I've stopped being a Beachbody coach, I plan on returning to them sometime next year. I just couldn't afford it financially at the moment. Michelle (my significant other) finished school, and I was the only one working for 5 months, so I decided to put Beachbody on the back burner for the time being.

But, I will not stop!! Cause we won't stop... haha. Oh she's just being Miley!

Anyway...

Here's a update:


I'm honestly proud of myself! Picture on the left was from May 2011 @ my friends wedding. Picture on the right from October 2013!! Down 60 lbs since I started my fitness/health journey since January 2012. I've had my ups and downs, my days where I want to give up. I've had days where old habits sneak back in somehow and then I quickly show them to the door. I've had insecurities and I've had triumphs. I'm done comparing my journey to someone elses. I haven't had help from a doctor, just all myself. I've fallen in love with running and life again. While doing so I'm starting to fall in love with the person I'm meant to be.
